Counting & Cardinality
K.CC.4 Understand the relationship between numbers and quantities; connect counting to cardinality.
K.CC.4c Understand that each successive number name refers to a quantity that is one larger.
First, have children count the buttons on the snowmen.
Then, let them place the snowmen in sequencial order from 1-5.
Next let them find the matching cards (numbers, number words, and number of buttons) and place them under each snowman.
