Welcome to Valentine's Week where we’ll be having fun strengthening our fine motor skills with Valentine Conversation Hearts!
Fine motor control is the coordination of small muscle movements and nerves to produce small, precise movements. One example of fine motor control is picking up a small item with the index finger and thumb. There are lots of activities that can increase muscle strength and coordination, while preparing children for writing and holding a pencil. Let children discover these fun activities to help them strengthen their fine motor skills.
